Please Help Fund New Street Trees for Richborne Terrace (SW8)

We’re collecting donations from residents to fund new street trees on Richborne Terrace.

Each tree requires a £480 contribution from residents which covers 40% of the total costs (Lambeth Council funding the remaining 60%). We’re aiming for two or three this winter/spring.

About the tree funding

We lose around one mature street tree each year through vehicle damage.

Lambeth Council has identified several spots on the street where new or replacement trees can be planted. They will go ahead with the work if residents are able to contribute towards the planting costs.

Updates will be shared via the street WhatsApp group and the FARA newsletter.

How contributions help

All funds will be held in the Residents' Association (FARA) account and are used only for planting on Richborne Terrace.

If there is any surplus, FARA will retain the investment for future tree and street planting for Richborne Terrace.
